Instagram is one of the most popular social network with millions of monthly active users. Ever since Facebook has acquired Instagram and “took inspiration” from from Snapchat, the network has gained more popularity and more users have joined it. Although Instagram is a very popular app, it is still not perfect. There are some features that are missing from the app and that is where Instagram++ comes in. Basically, Instagram++ is a tweaked version of Instagram app for iPhone which has some extra tricks up it’s sleeve. Today, I will show you how to install the tweaked version of Instagram on iPhone without jailbreak.

Before I show you how to install Instagram++ without jailbreak on iPhone, I would like to highlight some of the features that this tweaked version of the app brings for you. This way you will be able to better make your mind if you need the modified version or not.

Anonymous viewing

Instagram, just like Snapchat, has a feature of stories. This feature let’s you share small videos and photos with your followers and these stories disappear after 24 hours. One feature that some users might not like about the features is that it doesn’t allow anonymous viewing.

This means that when you view anyone’s story, they can see who has seen their story and who hasn’t.

Manually mark seen for stories

With this version of Instagram, you can manually select and choose which story to mark as seen. This feature is very useful because it will give you a better control over the anonymous story viewing.

Download videos & photos from Instagram

If you ever wanted to download or save the instagInsstories on your iPhone, you can do it now by using Instagram++. Not only stories, you can download photos & videos as well to the camera roll.

Upload stories from Camera Roll

Among a ton of other features that are available in Instagram++, one feature that you would like more than many is the upload from camera roll feature. You can swipe up to get to the selector which helps you to add the videos & photos from camera roll.

How to install Instagram++ without jailbreak

The procedure is very simple and similar to our other recent posts where you install modified/hacked apps without jailbreak. Just follow the instructions given below and you should be good to go.

This version of Instagram is called Instagram Rocket and not the Instagram++. But the idea is same.

First of all, open Settings and navigate to Safari settings. Now press the Clear ‘History and Website Data’ button. This step is not mandatory but it helps avoid issues during installation.
Now open this link in the Safari browser and wait for a few seconds. If you get redirected to another site, close it and open the link again. Now when you see an ad which will show a close icon at the top left corner. Press the X icon and proceed to the next step.
Select the Apps tab and select Tweaked Apps section.
Here you will see a list of tweaked apps. Select the Instagram Rocket from the list.
Now press the Red Install button and you will see a pop-up, press install button and go back to the home screen.
The app will start downloading and will be installed after a couple of moments.
The last step is to allow access to the app. Open Settings > General > Profiles and trust the developer certificate which has Instagram rocket inside.
